Microsoft had earlier made it clear its love for its Core apps to be available across Platforms. Today the Redmond Giant has published its Official Planner app on Phones starting with the Apple iPhone. The Official Planner app is currently available for download in the App Store.
The Microsoft Planner app requires a Office 365 subscription and comes with a good UI that allows team members to create new plans, organize and assign tasks, share files, chat and get updates all through the dedicated app on Mobile.
The Microsoft Planner is a feature packed app launched on the iPhone which nicely shows columns on the main page where users can horizontally scroll and take a look at all the tasks on different boards.
The company has also introduced the My Tasks feature where you can get a list of all of the tasks assigned and users will be easily able to change the status of those tasks. The Microsoft Planner app is expected to launch very soon on Android platform but currently we are not having any time-frame of a Universal Windows 10 App, but the company is working towards launching the Planner app on all the Platforms.
Users with Office 365 Subscription can download the Microsoft Planner app by clicking this link of the App Store.
