Nokia Lumia Windows Phone Users Rejoice As Windows 10 Mobile OS Update Finally Arrives For Them

Nokia, at one point of time was the single largest name when it came to the world of mobile phone devices. The company was leading the charts and everything was going well, until it fell to the Android revolution. Nokia's last efforts at surviving in the markets were made when the company released the Lumia series of phones featuring the Windows Phone OS. Over the years things did not work out, and Microsoft ended up purchasing Nokia Mobiles. However, ever since the purchase Microsoft has been planning to step up into the world of mobile phone devices, and the company has now released the Windows 10 Mobile OS update for their older Nokia Lumia users in the month of March.

The update now brings hundreds of millions of Nokia Lumia Windows Phone devices up to speed with the latest version of the Windows 10 Mobile OS.

The Windows 10 Mobile OS update came out for the users of many older Nokia Lumia phones such as Lumia 1520, 930, 640, 640XL, 730, 735, 830, 532, 535, 540, 635 1GB, 636 1GB, 638 1GB, 430, 435, BLU Win HD w510u, BLU Win HD LTE x150q, and the MCJ Madosma Q501 devices.

Several Nokia Lumia users were discontent with this new update it does come out for some of the most popular Lumia devices such as the Lumia 520, Lumia 1020 and Lumia 1320.

"This list includes a limited set of Windows Phone 8.1 devices and does not include some devices that are currently running Windows 10 Mobile in the Windows 10 Mobile Insider program. As Windows 10 delivers significant new innovations, many older devices are not able to successfully upgrade without an impact on the customer experience. Our goal is to only offer the Windows 10 upgrade to devices that we are confident can continue to deliver a good customer experience," the company said.
