Windows 10 Mobile OS, Windows Phone Devices To No Longer Release:

One of the biggest names when it comes to the world of technology, Microsoft has been the leader in the markets of the software technology for a very long time, and has now started diving into the markets of hardware technology too. With the acquisition of Nokia, the company had high hopes in mind, and they were expecting some major changes to come their way. However, it now seems that the Nokia Deal and the Windows Phone devices running the Windows 10 OS were quite a mistake.

The company has realized that they have lost out over tens of billions of dollars with the Nokia deal. The company has introduced several changes to the way the world of technology functions, and with the  release of the Windows 10 Mobile OS, they had their last shot at coming out with a successful device. However, nothing seems to be working out for Microsoft mobiles, and the losses just seem to be piling up.

Microsoft, with the release of the Windows 10 Mobile OS had glorious plans for the future, but they eventually fizzled out. Microsoft is now expected to introduce a major innovation in the markets if they want to stay afloat, and the upcoming Surface Phone is likely to help.

However if the market insiders are to be believed, it is being reported that the company's senior management and the board of directors are very upset with the way things are going on in the mobile phone division. To add to their woes, even the investors are beginning to lose faith, as tens of billions of dollars gone down the drain, the company has not gained any market share, but has lost out on what it had. The market share has fallen from 3% to 1.7% in just one year.

Microsoft did not even talk about the Windows 10 Mobile OS and the Windows Phone devices during the Build 2016 event, and the company is now expected to come out with the Surface Phone device next year. Microsoft made it clear that 2016 is no longer going to be about the mobile phone devices. The company said: "We're going to do some cool things with phones, but this year phones are an important part of our family but not the tip of the spear," Windows chief Terry Myerson told popular website, The Verge.
