Slack (Beta) updated for Windows Phone bring performance improvements and fixes

Slack a cloud-based team collaboration tool just received an update. Slack (Beta) app updated for Windows Phone. There is no new notable features or improvements in this update. But there is some serious performance improvements and general fixes.

Recently they added support for Threaded Messages to its service and its Windows Phone app. The company has now released an update for the Windows Phone beta which brings fixes and improvements to the feature, making it more responsive.

In case you missed it "Threaded messages on Slack will essentially allow you to clean-up conversations in a channel by replying to a message in a thread rather than just @-mentioning the original message. For example, if one of your team members asks you about a project you are working on, you can simply start a thread for that and continue the discussion there."

The app bumped to version 2017.221.0.0. The update is live in the Windows Store and you can get it from here.

Update: I personally believe that they added functionality to Mute, Leave channel and also for inviting members to channel. I am not so sure that these features was available in previous update. As far as I know that Invite member is new.
